Our shopping cart is set up to process payments via Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can use your credit/debit card, Paypal balance or bank account to pay for your purchase. If you do not have a Paypal account and do not wish to create one, you can still make a purchase using your credit card. Either way, we will never see your financial information and the payment will be securely processed. If you are in the US and wish to pay via check or money order, we can arrange this too, simply contact us. We hope you understand that we will have to wait until the funds have cleared into our bank account before we can ship your bag(s).

Bags are generally made to order, so will take 1-2 weeks to ship after we receive payment. Your order confirmation will include a more accurate estimate and we will also let you know when your bag is shipping. If you require your bag by a certain date please let us know and we'll do our best to help you! We ship in the US via priority mail with delivery confirmation, and packages will arrive within 2-3 days, anywhere in the US. Returns We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we will give you a refund or exchange your item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to discuss options. Refunds do not include shipping costs and buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping unwanted items back to us. International Orders We welcome orders from customers outside the US. All packages sent overseas are insured, so you can be assured of the safe arrival of your bag(s). Please note that your country may impose import or customs duty fees, which you will need to pay in order to have your package delivered. Customs limits vary by country, so if you are concerned please check your country's limit before ordering. For obvious reasons, we will not lie on customs forms and always complete them accurately. We'd love to make you a truly unique bag; no other woman will carry the same.
